Terms of Service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TrackMRR (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What TrackMRR does
TrackMRR connects to third-party revenue providers (such as Stripe, Polar and RevenueCat) using read-only API keys you supply, retrieves your subscription and revenue data, and presents a consolidated view of your monthly recurring revenue. We never initiate payments, refunds, or any change to your connected accounts.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
4. API keys & connected providers
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access.
- Stripe connects through the official Stripe Marketplace app with read-only access; for other providers you agree to provide read-only keys. You can revoke access from the provider at any time, which immediately ends ours.
- Your relationship with each provider is governed by that provider's own terms. TrackMRR is not affiliated with Stripe, Polar or RevenueCat.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data that is not yours, reverse-engineering the Service, or interfering with its operation.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the web or through Apple's App Store for iOS in-app purchases. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the billing provider that processed the purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store rules.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Revenue figures are derived from third-party APIs and are for informational purposes only — they are not financial, accounting, or tax advice. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMRR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, we delete your connected keys and associated data. Deleting your TrackMRR account does not automatically cancel or refund subscriptions or purchases managed by Apple or Stripe; manage those directly with the billing provider.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
